CSRA Fencing guarantees the quality of our workmanship for the lifetime of our fences. We believe a fence should be built to last and so should our promise to you. If a defect in our installation is found at any time, we'll make it right for as long as the fence is standing. This warranty covers defects in installation or craftsmanship that prevents the fence from performing as intended under normal use and conditions. This warranty is transferable.
If a covered workmanship defect is found, CSRA Fencing will repair the defect at no cost. CSRA Fencing will assist the end user in processing any applicable material warrenty claims with manufacturer warrantied materials. All warranty work will be scheduled promptly and performed by CSRA Fencing. Gate strike alignment is warranted for 5 years after installation and includes two free gate latch alignments with in this 5 year period.
This warranty does not cover: Damage caused by weather, storms, flooding, fire, earthquakes, or other "Acts of God." Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or alterations made by anyone other than CSRA Fencing. Damage from soil movement, erosion, improper drainage, or plant growth. Normal wear and tear, fading, warping, or aging of materials. Material defects (these are often covered under manufacturer warranties).
To keep this warranty valid, the customer must: Provide the original warranty certificate and perform normal maintenance such as cleaning debris, tightening loose hardware, keeping vegetation from damaging the fence, schedule repairs promptly after any damage and not make modifications to the fence.
Many of our fencing materials are backed by a manufacturer's warranty, which can vary depending on the product. While we do not set the terms of these warranties, we fully support our customers in filing claims if an issue arises. For example, if a metal post were to rust and fail prematurely, we will provide the documentation and assistance you need to make a valid claim with the manufacturer.
